Ownership and Background

AMI REAL ESTATE, INC. (“AMI”) was incorporated on June 2, 1991 in Los Angeles, California primarily for the purpose of investing, brokering and management of residential and income properties. AMI was founded by its principals, Amir Haber and Ray Meron whose combined thirty (30) years experience in the business brought the company to its present portfolio/status.

Mr. Haber is a Real Estate Broker who has been in the business since 1985 and is currently the President of the Company. Mr. Meron is the Company’s vice-president and Chief Finance Officer and oversees the company’s finance and operations. Mr. Haber and Mr. Meron likewise are in partnership with a number of reputable and successful individuals who have also been in the industry for awhile.
